Information we may collect
Game and account information
When online features are used, we may process a game account identifier, player or kingdom name, gameplay progress, achievements, raid results, prestige progress, and similar game statistics. Game saves may also be stored locally on your device.
Google Play Games and authentication
If you choose or are prompted to use Google Play Games Services, Google may provide the game with a Play Games player identifier and permitted profile information, such as your gamer name and avatar. We use this information to authenticate you and support features such as achievements, leaderboards, saved progress, and player statistics where those features are available.
Diagnostics and device information
Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports and diagnostic information such as app version, device model, operating-system version, installation identifiers, crash traces, and technical events surrounding a failure. This helps us find and fix stability problems.
Feedback and bug reports
If you submit feedback or a bug report, we collect the information you choose to provide, including an optional contact address, your description, report category, and basic game or app-version details needed to investigate the report. Reports are stored using Google Cloud Firestore.
Website information
This informational website does not currently use advertising cookies or a dedicated analytics service. Standard technical logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security and reliable delivery.
How we use information
- Provide, authenticate, maintain, and improve the game and its online features.
- Save progress and connect achievements or statistics to the appropriate player.
- Investigate crashes, bugs, abuse, security concerns, and player feedback.
- Communicate with you when you request a response.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable service rules.
Service providers
We use Google services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Hosting, and Google Play Games Services. Advertising
Advertising is not currently enabled in development builds. If advertising is introduced in a public release, this policy and the game’s disclosures will be updated before or alongside that change to explain the advertising provider and relevant data choices.
Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including maintaining game features, resolving reports, protecting the service, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and whether it is stored locally on your device or by a service provider.
Your choices and deletion requests
You may choose not to submit optional contact information or feedback. You can request access to or deletion of information associated with the game by emailing techiepapagames@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant account or report. Removing the app from your device may delete locally stored game data but does not automatically delete information already submitted to online services.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly request personal contact information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our service providers, subject to applicable safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game and its services change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material updates are published.
