What to include

1. Tell us whether you want to delete your game account and associated data, or a particular report or item of data.
2. Include your player or kingdom name and any account identifier you already have. If you no longer have access to the game, tell us what you remember.
3. Send the request from an email address where we can contact you to verify ownership and clarify the request.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes or full payment details.

What the request covers

Account deletion concerns the game account and linked information controlled by Techie Papa Games, including associated player profiles, server-side gameplay records and leaderboard entries. You can also request deletion of identifiable support or feedback records. We may need to verify ownership before acting.

What is separate

This request does not delete your Google account or Google Play Games account, uninstall the game, or automatically remove local saves from your device. Google independently manages its purchase records and other data under its own policies. Account deletion does not automatically issue a purchase refund.

Retention and follow-up

We handle account and data deletion requests within five business days. If we need additional information to verify ownership or complete your request, we will contact you within that period and explain any next steps. If specific records need to be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations, we will explain the reason and applicable retention period.
