Kingdom Builder RPG is developed and published by Techie Papa Games. The game is currently in development, and its features, artwork, balance, online services, and availability may change over time.
License to use
Subject to these terms and the applicable store terms, Techie Papa Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the game except where applicable law permits it.
Accounts and online services
Some features may use Google Play Games Services, Firebase, or other third-party services. You are responsible for the activity associated with your device and any third-party account you choose to use. Do not attempt to access another player’s account, interfere with online services, exploit bugs, automate play in an unauthorized manner, or bypass security measures.
Player conduct
You agree not to use the game or website in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, disruptive, or intended to damage the service or other users. You must not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or contains malicious code.
Feedback

Purchases and advertising
Optional purchases and rewarded advertising may be available in supported builds. Prices and purchase details are shown through Google Play before purchase. Purchases, refunds and payment processing are subject to applicable Google Play terms and consumer law. No provision here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game or online services, including features in test builds. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the game, users, or services, or when these terms are violated. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
Disclaimers
The game and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Techie Papa Games disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, secure, or free of defects.
