Include your device model, Android version, game version, and what happened just before the problem. Screenshots and steps to reproduce the issue are helpful. Send your player or kingdom name if the issue concerns your online profile.
Please do not send passwords, full payment details or sensitive personal information. For a purchase problem, describe the product and issue; we can ask for relevant order details if needed.
